| All information received by our staff, whether by phone or otherwise, is confidential. |

| All services provided by the clinic are free. However, the clinic must sometimes pay others for things required to represent a client: for example, doctor's reports and court filing fees. Where the client can afford it, we may ask that a client pay the clinic back for these expenses.
